As Operations Manager, Sara’s responsibilities are primarily center around “behind the scenes” communication and coordination. In doing so, she maintains daily communication with the Underwriting, Doc Drawers and Funding Departments.

Sara is responsible for the initial packaging and submission of your loan for underwriting approval, as well as, ordering and satisfying various lender conditions to include the appraisal, preliminary tile report, employment verifications, and Bank Deposit Verifications.

Sara also works closely with the Escrow Officer in order to ensure that the closing process is managed effectively and that any Prior to Fund Conditions are satisfied.
